Request QSLs online You can request your QSL cards online, no need to send your paper QSL, just please send a PayPal net contribution of at least 1.5 Euro or 2 USD (for Europe), 2 Euro or 3 USD (other areas) to cover postage, envelope and other costs. 2 Euro = 2.60 USD (October 2014). We will mail cards direct to your address (max 4 cards = 20 grams).

Please note: Paypal will retain some fees (0.55 USD currently) for their service, so your contribution amount is not net. 		Foreign Banknotes of any value (even few cents of US$) are OK for us as a replacement for postage (I collect foreign banknotes). So, for example, if you leave in Eastern Europe or Asia or South America and you can send me a small banknote (even not new) it will be appreciated and no need to send US$ or IRCs. I already have the following banknotes.

For direct QSL: More than one request in the same envelope is OK (max 4, but please provide enough postage for reply). IRCs are OK. All "old" logs are still open. Most logs are on LoTW too (no LoTW editing will be provided).
Direct QSL via HB9FKK (our HB9 address): the minimum postage for a 20g letter is: CHF 1.30 (about USD 1.50) to Europe (including all Russia), CHF 1.60 (about US$ 1.80) to the rest of the world (these prices are for Economy post, no "Air Mail" label on the envelope please, or add CHF 0.30). This is the minimum net contribution for direct QSLing, up to 20 grams (if you wish to use Paypal please add fees).

QSL via bureau:

  • QSL via HB9FKK bureau is OK for all above callsigns (preferred).
  • QSL via PA3LEO bureau is OK too, but slower (we collect QSLs periodically).
  • QSL via IK1PMR bureau is OK only for IK1PMR and IK1PMR/xx callsigns: EA8/IK1PMR, ZL/IK1PMR, ZP6/IK1PMR, etc (ARI buro policy).
