Carlo I5CLC is a very passionate and competent OM, both for technical and organizational aspects related to amateur radio.
He is interested in homebrewing, but he was also involved as ARI Vice Secretary General (1985-1987) and than improperly radiated from ARI. After 3 years of legal fight and 16 years of forced absence, he's now back as ARI member since 2006.
